Description:

Our relationship with you and your furry friend starts from our first meeting. Through observation and exercises, I discover your dog’s temperament and energy level. Based on the conversation, I will conclude how the dog understands its role in the social structure of your family pack. I share knowledge and new skills as needed, and there will be some homework.

Once I have created a profile of the dog, I can continue to find out the need for training. For this purpose, I explain the various training options to the owners and map out the dog’s instincts and motivation for myself. Everything is possible to train, the question is more about whether you are ready for it.

Aim of training:

During the training, the student gets an overview of easier and medium-difficulty causes and consequences related to dog behavior. By the end of the training, the student will have a short overview of how the dog understands the environment around him/her and will have the know-how to use purposeful and simple solutions to influence the dog’s behavior.

At the end of training, the learner:

• understands the reason for his/her behavior and how it affects the dogs;
• uses the right tools for management and training;
• can find answers to different questions related to dog behavior;
• applies simpler and goal-oriented activities to guide the dog’s behavior.

Themes according to training needs:

• Energy levels and temperament
• Creating a suitable living environment
• Rules, boundaries, and limitations and how to set them
• Movement, feeding, and free time/sleeping time
• How dogs learn and how to teach them
• Rules of play
• Mastering the walk ja natural obedience
