Notes before arriving at daycare with your dog

when coming to the daycare for the first time, the dog must undergo a half-day (5h) trial day (free of charge)

when coming to the hotel for the first time, bring a pet passport or vaccination certificate
- 24/7 tracking of the dog through a personal smartphone camera (free of charge)
What is included in the cage-free daycare service?
- constant supervision by our employee 24 hours a day (our hotel also has a dog sitter at night)
- spending the day cage-free with daycare dogs (if necessary, dogs are divided into smaller groups according to character/size/energy level or in a private hotel mini-room)
- walking with the sitter on a leash in our outdoor area
- walking with the sitter on a leash 1 h in the streets of Tondi area as an additional service for 15 EUR
- the opportunity to spend a lot of time in the fresh air in our large outdoor area with artificial grass
- feeding (with food provided by the owner or with our food for an additional fee); you can bring both dry and raw food, medicines with a treatment plan
- during the day, a lot of play time in the morning and enough rest time both in the afternoon and in the evening before sleep
- mentally stimulating activities both indoors and outdoors in the first half of the day
